Eltacarb Conductive Tapes

Eltacarb conductive tape is composed of a nonwoven polyester fabric very flexible, impregnated with a resin and carbon loads which gives it limited electrical conductivity.

Description

Applications:

Eltacarb 73,000 is used as protection against corona in rotating electrical machines of high voltage. It is taped as the last layer in the active part (in slot within the package magnetic sheet) of the coils on the main wall insulation.

The tape can be used in both systems isolation: Rich and VPI Resin.

Other versions:

Eltacarb 73001: Impregnated with B-staged resin for Resin Rich systems.
