Ultifil 3000-060 FR
The resin ULTIFIL FR 3000-060 is a composite black, self-extinguishing (UL94 V0) flexible filler, based resin double component polyurethane.
The system is characterized by its average viscosity, being very easy to use and economical.
The resin provides high adhesion to the housings, exerting minimal pressure on the inserts, together with excellent dielectric strength, mechanical strength and to moisture. This product is ideal when a resin filling economical, self-extinguishing and high thermal conductivity is required.
