The resin ULTIFIL 3000-041 is a compound UL approved black, self-extinguishing (UL94 V0) rigid stuffing based resin double component polyurethane.
The system is characterized by its low viscosity and is available in a wide range of gel times to suit the specific needs of each client process.
The material is designed to deliver low emissions of smoke and corrosive components during the initial stages of a fire.
The resin provides high adhesion to the housings, exerting minimal pressure on the inserts, together with excellent dielectric strength, mechanical strength and to moisture.
